We have made shopping with 1st4 Recycled Computers as easy and convenient as possible, and most importantly of all safe and secure

All prices include VAT ( VAT Registration Number 737 8989 54 ) and delivery costs to mainland UK. We deliver to the mainland UK and Eire (at an additional cost) only. All prices are shown in pounds sterling which is the currency in which we accept payments.

As you browse the 1st4 Recycled Computers website you can add computer packages to an electronic 'shopping trolley' by clicking the 'Order Now' button next to the package you would like to purchase. You will then be taken to a page where you can choose any of the available options specific to the package you have chosen i.e. printers, software, internet security, monitors, warranty and delivery. Select the options you wish to have included in your computer package and click 'Order Now'

On the next page check your order and when you are sure it is accurate, press 'Confirm' 

Your package has then been added to the 'shopping trolley' which will hold everything for you until you are ready to checkout. 

You can view the contents of your trolley at any time by clicking View Order at the top of any of the pages in the website.

Purchasing Online with Us

When you are ready to purchase your goods simply click on Checkout at the top of any of the pages in the website. 

You will then see a summary of your order. Once you are happy with your order just press the Go to Payments. Next you will be asked for your address and the delivery address.  

We accept credit cards on-line (visa, access, switch, mastercard) via a secure server. When you press continue you will then enter the secure server at Paypal  where you will be asked for all your credit cards details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo or Switch.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

All instructions and information are in English. The information that you supply will be electronically filed and you may request a copy at anytime.

Delivery and After Sales

If all your ordered items are in stock, your order will be despatched  within 7 days. If there is to be a time delay we will recontact you. Delivery usually takes between 3-7 days. All deliveries are by courier during normal business hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Therefore the delivery address you provide must be attended during those hours as a signature of receipt is required. If no specific Delivery Address is provided, the Invoice Address will become the Delivery Address. If the courier be unable to deliver your order because the delivery address is unattended, the goods will be returned to us. Should this happen you can rearrange delivery of the ordered goods by contacting us on  +44(0)1858 433376 or 1st4orders@apograph.com and making a payment of £50 to cover the additional courier charges that are incurred. Alternatively if you do not contact us within 7 days of the goods being returned to us, we will cancel your order and refund your payment minus £50 to cover the additional courier charges that are incurred, payment processing fees and administration charges.

It is the customers duty to ensure the package arrives in good condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of the packaging then please do not sign the delivery note. The courier will take the goods away and return them to us and we will ensure a prompt replacement is delivered to you. If the packaging is damaged and you sign for the goods received in good condition, then you are responsible and we are unable to provide any compensation.

Should there be a problem with your order upon delivery, you should contact us on +44(0)1858 433376 or 1st4orders@apograph.com within 48 hours.

Upon receipt of your order, you have the right to cancel within 7 days. If you wish to exercise this right, you should return the goods (at your own cost) in their original packaging and in the original state when purchased to Apograph Data Systems Ltd, 44 Main Street, Lubenham, Leics LE16 9TF. We will then arrange for a full refund. Any Software loaded onto the Computer by the Customer must be removed leaving the Computer in it's original state. If it is found that the Computer needs to be reloaded, then a charge will be made up to 30% of the value of the goods.   

If the goods arrive faulty, please contact us within three days to receive our free collect and return service. If the goods are not reported within three days, then you are entitled to have your goods repaired and returned free of charge, however, you must pay to return them to us.   

The Warranty is the duration of time where the customer is entitled to have their equipment repaired free of charge, if it is deemed that the fault is not as a result of misuse. The period of the Warranty is explained within the details of each item offered for sale on this website.   

Our computer packages all come with a 3 month warranty and many can be upgraded to a 12 month warranty.

The Internet is an exciting and easy way to shop. However some people are understandably concerned about giving their credit card details via the Internet.

We want to assure you that we take our responsibility to keep your information confidential very seriously.

Any payment information you enter is held on the Paypal payment system. PayPal is a leader in security technology. They use state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud, and their expert staff monitors transactions 24/7, enabling you to pay safely.

Your credit card details are never seen by us.

It is also worth noting that if your credit or debit card is used fraudulently most banks and card issuers will not hold you responsible for any of the charges.
