Q. Once I have placed my order, how long will it be before I receive the goods? 

A. Normally all orders are dispatched within 3 days, however, we reserve the right to fulfil any orders within 28 days of receipt.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged? 

A. It is the customers duty to ensure the package arrives in good condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of the packaging then please do not sign the delivery note. The courier will take the goods away and return them to us and we will ensure a prompt replacement is delivered to you.   

Q. What if I sign for the goods and they were damaged in transit? 

A. If the packaging is damaged and you sign for the goods received in good condition, then you are responsible and there is nothing we or the courier can do to assist.   

Q. What happens if I change my mind when I receive my goods? 

A. You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price within 7 days as long as you return the item(s) to us in their original packaging and in the original state when purchased. Any Software loaded onto the Computer by the Customer must be removed leaving the Computer in it's original state. If it is found that the Computer needs to be reloaded, then a charge will be made up to 30% of the value of the goods.   

Q. How do I return my Computer? 

A. Firstly by telephoning our Customer Service Line on 01858 433 376 and obtaining an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. No goods will be accepted into our warehouse unless this number is obtained.   

Q. What if something goes wrong? 

A. If the goods arrive faulty, then please contact us within three days to receive our free collect and return service. If the goods are not reported within three days, then you are entitled to have your goods repaired and returned free of charge, however, you must pay to return them to us.   

Q. What is the Warranty? 

A. The Warranty is the duration of time where the customer is entitled to have their equipment repaired free of charge if it is deemed that the fault is not as a result of misuse. The period of the Warranty is explained within the details of each item offered for sale on this website.   

Q. What is the Guarantee? 

A. Similar to the Warranty, a Guarantee is an agreement assuming responsibility to perform. Our goods all come with a Warranty/Guarantee, and in most cases this is backed up by a Manufacturers Guarantee. The Computer, Software and Peripheral device such as a Printer all come with their own Guarantee's given by Apograph, Microsoft, Symantec, Canon, HP, Epson etc. Where applicable, in the event of failure with Software or Printers, the technical assistance should be sought directly from the Manufacturer supplying the Guarantee.   

Q. What could go wrong with my Computer? 

A. In this day and age, very little. However, the Warranty will cover Electronic Breakdown if this should happen. In most cases, Computers begin to have problems when Incompatible Software is loaded.
